 So Hello! Everyone today is a Sunday and I'm enjoying my weekend.



 Well I'm enjoying my everyday very well and I hope you also.

So from my introductory part I have said that to share your ideas about first topic so that goes very well and the majority of peoples said to write about immunity boosting these days. So first of all lets talk about what is the  immunity boosting.

 IMMUNITY BOOSTING:

So to keep our immune system work properly and stay protected from germs and virus is called boosting our immunity. You can do this in many ways by doing yoga, meditation and there are some immunity boosting foods also.



So lets talk about current situation. So I would like to tell that if some person is infected by this virus then the corona weakens the immune system to fight with others disease also. So what are the ways to get immune system stronger.    

So if you aren't get affected till date now so that is very good but you should take precautionary step to not get affected in future also. so there are some steps you can follow:



1. SLEEP:

So if you are not getting proper sleep because sleep and immunity are related.

According to one survey the person who is not getting enough sleep has a high chances of getting sick in compare to the person who is getting proper sleep.

So in 24 hours at least you should have a proper sleep of 7-8 hours.



2. NUTRITIOUS FOODS.

"Eat healthy to stay healthy". Eat food like which is rich in nutrients, foods like which contain healthy fat, which are limited in added sugars.

Curbing(limit) your sugar intake can decrease inflammation and help you weight loss, thus reducing the risk of your chronic health.

Eat more fermented foods like yogurt because it is rich in bacteria called probiotics, which populate your digestive track.

Whole plants foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are rich in nutrients and antioxidants taht give you a upper hand against fighting germs.

3. EXERCISE:
  Not to do intense workout, do a small moderate workout but daily. Studies indicate that a single session of exercise can generate immune cells and boost the effectiveness of your immune system.
Examples of moderate exercise include brisk walking, pushups, bicycling, jogging and simple squats.
At least we should aim 150 minutes of exercise sessions per week.



4. HYDRATION:
Technically, hydration wouldn't protect you from germs but staying hydrated is important for our health.
Dehydration causes many problems like headache, problem in digestion, heart and kidney and can eventually it can fell you ill.
To avoid dehydration we should drink at least 3.7 liters of water in a day.
